PADI Discover Scuba Diving
A quick and easy introduction into what it takes to explore the underwater world. Although this is not a scuba certification course, you'll learn all the steps it takes to be a PADI certified diver.
Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is for you. Aqua Sport offers this program off the beach on any day of the year. While not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. To sign up for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 12 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health. 12 Years Old for Eilat and 10 Years Old for Taba

Be medically fit and if there is any medical problem, a diving physician approval in writing might be required

You will learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. You will practice a few more skills in shallow water at the beginning of each to prepare for your adventure.

This program includes 2 dives and a basic theory lesson - 1 confined dive to practice basic skills and 1 open water dive for your enjoyment

Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear.

Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater.

Learn key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive.

Have fun swimming around and exploring.

Hear about becoming a certified diver through the PADI Open Water Diver course.
What you are allowed to do after: As a successful Discover Scuba Diving participant, this day counts towards the first day of your PADI Scuba Diver or PADI Open Water Diver course if used within 1 year
