PADI Instructor Courses


The PADI Assistant and Instructor Development Course and Examination are in 3 phases.


Phase 1
PADI Assistant Instructor Development Course.

It's the actual development of the candidate into an assistant instructor, all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You will be taught theory and water skill techniques for teaching in the water. In this phase the candidate is being molded into a professional assistant instructor with the knowledge, capabilities and tools that you will need for a future diving career.

Phase 2 
The Instructor Development Course.

In the Instructor Development Course the candidate will progress in diver education to a full professional.  On completion of both phases which cover a 10 day programme, you will be well prepared for the third phase of the program:

Phase 3  
The PADI Instructor Examinations.

The PADI Instructor Examinations (IE) is carried out over a 2 day period and administered by a PADI examiner; you are tested on your ability, knowledge, PADI standards and the philosophy of the PADI educational system.


After successfully completing this evaluation (the IE), you will are rewarded with the PADI Open Water S.C.U.B.A. Instructor (OWSI) Certificate.
